Product Description

• The RP403 paver is the first full-hydraulic small crawler asphalt paver in China. The whole machine adopts full hydraulic drive and electro-hydraulic automatic control, advanced technology and reliable performance.
   
• The minimum width of the whole machine is only 1.8 meter, which is the smallest among domestic products. Due to its compact shape, it is widely used in large scale paving, including sidewalks, bike lanes, farm roads and small roads.
   
• The paving width can be stepless adjusted from 0.8 meters (if installed with width limit device) to 4.5 meters, and is especially suitable for the maintenance of roads.
   
  Performance Characteristics:
   
  1.The device is equipped with a water-cooled turbocharged diesel engine (75kW/2000rpm), a powerful three-phase alternator with generator management system, and the generator adopts independent drive technology.
   
  2.The hydraulic system adopts load-sensitive control technology on both sides.
   
  3.The hoppers can be individually folded and oscillating follow-up inference.
   
  4.The electronic control system design is a CAN bus technology platform, a network control system of the CPU control technology, and an automatic leveling device.
