  The XP263 tire roller uses the SC7H160.2G3 electronically controlled diesel engine of shangchai., which has high reliability and fuel economy, low noise, and low emissions, meeting the National III stage standard. The use of a hydraulic torque converter and a power shift gearbox with stepless automatic transmission makes the roller automatically adaptable. When the external load suddenly increases, the roller can automatically slow down to increase traction; when the external load decreases, it can automatically reduce traction to adapt to the change of external load, improve the transmission stability of compaction, and ensure that the diesel engine always works under rated conditions. In order to meet various working and driving conditions, the gear is divided into two gears by the electronic control handle to control the stepless speed change.

  1) Power plant
  It uses the Shangchai SC7H160.2G3 electronically controlled diesel engine, which has high reliability and fuel economy, low noise, and low emissions and meets the National III stage standards.
  2) Transmission system
  The use of a hydraulic torque converter and power shift gearbox with stepless automatic transmission makes the roller automatically adaptable. When the external load suddenly increases, the roller can automatically slow down to increase traction; when the external load decreases, it can automatically reduce traction to adapt to the change in external load, improve the transmission stability of compaction, and ensure that the diesel engine always works under rated conditions. In order to meet various working and driving conditions, the gear position is controlled by the electronic control handle in two gears with stepless speed change.
  3) Gas circuit control system
  The parking brake is pneumatically controlled. The cylinder volume is doubled, and the reserve coefficient is larger, ensuring safety and reliability, especially suitable for frequent braking conditions in mountainous areas. The domestically exclusive dual-circuit braking system has higher braking efficiency, fast response speed, short braking distance and higher reliability. The all-wheel braking technology is used to ensure the safety of the whole machine, especially suitable for mountainous conditions.
  4) Body
  Each part of the fuselage is designed with maintenance holes and flip covers to facilitate the maintenance of various components.
  5) Front and rear wheels
  The tires are arranged in four at the front and five at the rear.
  6) The configuration of intelligent intermittent watering system can not only greatly improve the reliability of the watering system, but also minimize the impact of watering operations on the quality of the construction road surface.
