Adopting proprietary matching technology, it has higher operating efficiency and lower fuel consumption. Its fuel efficiency ratio is ahead of the same tonnage models at home and abroad. After continuous optimization and improvement of the hydraulic system, the control performance is further enhanced, the control is more refined, and the leveling and loading performance is better;
The whole machine adopts an 89kW high-power engine, a tailor-made working characteristic curve, and low-speed high torque. The high-pressure common rail injection system adopts a new control strategy. In each operation cycle, the ECM automatically controls the number and amount of injections according to the load conditions. It has stronger power and better fuel economy. It can meet the latest non-road National IV emission standards without the use of urea. The 4.5L ultra-large displacement has stronger explosive power and smoother operation. The power is 3KW higher than that of the National III XE135D, and the maximum output torque is 6% higher than that of the National III XE135D. The regeneration cycle is greater than 100 hours; the DPF cleaning cycle is greater than 5000 hours, which reduces the cost of use;
The new large-displacement high-efficiency main pump has reduced internal leakage; the swash plate swing angle increases the power density and achieves a larger overall workload. The new generation of high-efficiency main valve eliminates some logic valves, has less pressure loss, and has more outstanding working capacity. The arm cylinder is thickened, and the digging force of the arm is increased by 9% at most, making the cutting more powerful;
The new large-size pure parallel aluminum radiator adopts overall brazing technology and is equipped with an ultra-large capacity positive pressure degassing expansion water tank to reduce cavitation and increase the life of the water pump. With a large-diameter fan, the wind speed cloud map and temperature streamline map are drawn through finite element simulation to optimize the wind field and reduce the thermal balance temperature, which can meet the continuous use requirements of 50°C environment;
The slewing platform adopts a new rigid box structure, with the key plate thickness increased by 25% at most and the maximum stress reduced by 30%, which can provide higher strength and life. The turntable side beam adopts a D-type tube structure to improve the turntable's ability to resist external impact. The turntable body adopts robot welding technology to improve the durability and safety of the structural parts. The vibration isolation rate of the engine suspension system is ≥17dB, and the vibration isolation rate of the cab suspension system is ≥7dB, which improves the operating comfort;
