Product Description
1.Axle.The new designed Axle used to our loader is really different ,we have the patent of it . We upgreaded not only the out side but also the inside ,change the Speed ratio from 6:37 to 7:41 let the whole loader work well.
2.Tyre.The tires that we used to our loader . We adopt Steel Brand Tires, which has 18 PR Nylon with standard rim, there is tube tyre inside. It is more durable like
it's brand .
3.Cab.Frame structure of our loader is welded by high-strength rectangular materials, the steel plate of the cab is made by stretch stamping process,which has high structural strength,and also have ROPS & FOPS systerm in line with international standards.
4.Our loader uses a 24 degree conical tubing joint, and each H-type oil pipe joint is provided with a seal ring, which truly achieves a life-long anti-leakage.
5.Lugong wheel loader's muffler is covered with heat insulation material to prevent high temperature scalding,add the life of the muffler and can also protect the air filler
6.Our Loader's radiator uses 32 mm double-row radiating pipes, and large hole radiating grid to increase the heat dissipation area, better effects.
7.Pads of lugong's loader are also specially designed and tested for more than 10 times.Withthe new designed rubber shock pads, the cab floor is tightly fitted to the frame without shock.
